1. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
   Consumers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing by email at info@mccosmetic.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

   For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, including cosmetic and personal care products.

We also do not accept returns for:
