  1. Return Policy
    We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Due to hygiene and health protection regulations, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mccosmetic.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  1. European Union Right of Withdrawal
    If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting info@mccosmetic.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel or return the order.

Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, unopened, with tags (if applicable), and in their original packaging.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.

  1. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

  1. Exchanges
    The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product following the return process and place a new order once the return has been approved.

  2. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@mccosmetic.com.
